Initiate Your Request
Log into your VALUSIS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
